First, you have to schedule your placement test. Schedule it here. You can also message us directly in Skype.

We assign books only after the placement test. It will depend on your learning goals, age, & level.

We assign teachers that we think will fit the student the best. However, in the case that you want to change the teacher, you can send a request via Skype.

We accept monthly payments through PayPal. We will send you the payment details via Skype. You can also pay directly via the website. 

PayPal is an American financial technology company. We have used PayPal since 2018. We haven’t encountered any problems since.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund approved payments. Our trial class is free. You can choose not to continue after the trial class.

If you wish to discontinue the class, you can send us a message in Skype.

If the teacher is absent, the unused tickets will be deducted from the total amount of the next bill. 

If the teacher has been informed 30 minutes before the class time, the unused tickets will be deducted from the total amount of the next bill. 

If there’s no advance notification for the absence, there will be no deductions.

Due the differing materials used for each student, we don’t have fixed yearly assessments. You can request assessment from the teacher directly. You can also send the request via Skype.
